1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using the KP M&E System (hereinafter referred to as "the System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the System.

2. Description of Service

The System is a Monitoring and Evaluation platform for the Kenya Population Programme. It provides users with the ability to:

• Enter and manage data entries
• Access reports and analytics
• Manage indicators and thematic areas
• Collaborate with other users

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the System only for lawful purposes.
• You agree to enter accurate and truthful data.
• You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the System.
• You agree not to interfere with the proper functioning of the System.

5. Data Privacy

• Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Data entered into the System becomes the property of the Kenya Population Programme.
• We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content and materials on the System are owned by the Kenya Population Programme.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Data Accuracy

• Users are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter.
• The System may perform validation checks, but ultimate responsibility lies with the user.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Users may delete their accounts by contacting the administrator.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The System is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the System will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the System, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
